I acknowledge and understand that Coco Restore is a wellness and recovery facility, not a medical clinic. The Services provided are not medical treatments, do not cure any medical conditions, and have not been evaluated as medical procedures by the Costa Rican Ministry of Health (Ministerio de Salud) or the College of Physicians and Surgeons (Colegio de Médicos y Cirujanos de Costa Rica).

Indemnification and Hold Harmless / Indemnización y Exoneración de Responsabilidad

[EN] In connection with my decision to receive and participate in the Services, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coco Restore and its respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives and agents from all claims.

[ES] En relación con mi decisión de recibir y participar en los Servicios, acepto indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a Coco Restore.

Waiver and Release of Liability / Renuncia y Exención de Responsabilidad

[EN] I voluntarily waive, release and discharge Coco Restore from all claims, liabilities, demands, losses, injuries and damages related to my participation in the Services.
